RUF DUG - DJ/Producer/Impresario, from Manchester via Sydney, dropped tech-disco mutant hybrid 'DIRTY' on an unsuspecting world and sparked a bidding war... Popular People's Front put out the wax which was an instant hit and got smashed at Horsemeat, Optimo and other seedy disco parties the world over, as well as topping the charts at Rush Hour, Phonica, Piccadilly and more.

Ruffy followed up by launchin RUF KUTZ - his very own boutique label, putting out raw analogue jams for the HEADZ - vinyl-only, no digi shit here... the first release, RK#1, sold out well quick and is changing hands on discogs for $$$ - DJs from Lovefingers to Moodymann are hangin tight to their copies...

No stranger behind the decks, RD earned his stripes in Sydney's underground warehouse party scene, soundtracking all-night squat jams, riot squad interventions, lesbian sex parties, three-day psychedelic adventures and bushland sunrises. A spell at the Red Bull Music Academy in 2006 blew his mind wide open and after a couple of years he had to get back up to the northern hemisphere. Shortly after arriving back, 'DIRTY' was written and the rest is like they say...
